Price quoted above does not include applicable 5% sales tax and 2% lodging tax. Rates are based on availability and are subject to change. Holiday rates may be higher than our standard rates.
Advanced reservations are preferable. At times it may be necessary to move guests around to a different townhome from the one that they were originally scheduled in, in order to maximize the number of reservations that we can accommodate. Therefore, your number is subject to change. Should this occur, guests will be moved to a similar (same size & same rate) townhome and notified by email and/or phone.
All reservations will be secured with a credit card. Your card will be charged at the time of check-in, and your receipt will be emailed to you after your checkout. Credit card information is required to hold your reservation. If you neglect to return your room key, we will charge your card to cover the cost of lock and key replacement. On occasion, such as a holiday or event weekend, full payment may be required at the time of reservation.
Guests must cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to your reservation, or their credit card will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Guests must also give the same amount of notice to decrease the number of nights reserved. In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged for the full reservation.
No Smoking, No Pets, No Open Flames:
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. $150.00 will be automatically charged for the following: if you have a pet on the premises or if smoking occurred in the townhome (this includes the front door entrance). All of our townhomes are smoke free and pet free. We also have a strict “no open flames” (candles, incense, etc.) policy. Failure to comply with these policies will result in charges to your credit card to pay for cleaning and/or damages, regardless of the amount. The renter giving us his/her credit card information acts as the agreement to abide by these policies.

We do not clean daily. For weekly or long term renters, mid-week cleaning of condominium units is available upon request, for an additional charge. Our checkout procedure (posted in the rooms and in the guest's confirmation email) must be followed — no exceptions. Prior to departure, the room must be left in a clean and orderly condition. Please wash the dishes, turn on the dishwasher to wash any dishes in it, put used sheets, pillowcases, and towels in laundry basket and place by the front door, remove and tie up all garbage, including cigarette butts or other trash around the outside of the townhome. Please lock the townhome and leave the key (if applicable) in the lock box. A cleaning fee of $30.00 will be charged for units left in an unclean or disorderly condition. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged for units with spills/stains on furnishings (i.e. furniture, carpet, bedding, towels).
Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 p.m. Checkout is 11:00 a.m. Please make sure you are out by this time, and that you have completed our simple check-out procedure (posted in rooms) to avoid late charges.
Lessor shall not be liable for any injury or damage that may be sustained by the person or property of Lessee, or any other persons or property, including Lessee's guests. Lessee agrees not to do or suffer anything to be done by which persons or property on or about or adjacent to the rental property may be injured, damaged or endangered. Use of the property for public recreational purposes is subject to Wyoming Code, Limitations of Liability of Land owner.
Occupancy includes adults, children and infants. The maximum occupancy for the townhomes shall not be exceeded. We do not allow sleeping on the floor (no air mattress, sleeping bags, etc.) We do not allow people (campers, guest of other hotels, etc.) staying off-site to use the facilities. Tents and RV's are not allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Exceeding or breaking any occupancy rules is reason for immediate eviction without refund.
